Article 64. Rights and duties of children born to persons who are not married to each other

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Where establishing the paternity in the manner provided for in Articles 61 and 62 of this Code, children shall have the same rights and duties with respect to their parents and their relatives as children born to persons who are married to each other.
