The birth record in the book of births shall be a proof of the child's origin from parents indicated therein.
A person recorded as the child's father or mother shall be entitled to challenge the entry in court within one year from the time when he/she became or should have become aware of the entry made. If, by that time, the person recorded as the father or the mother was a minor, the one-year term shall be calculated from the time when he/she reaches the age of eighteen.
