Marriage registration is carried out by civil registration authorities regardless of the place of registration at the place of permanent residence or temporary stay of persons entering into marriage.
In exceptional cases, the registration of marriage shall take place in a hospital or at home.
Marriage registration may be performed in a solemn ceremony.
The persons entering into marriage shall submit to the civil registry office a declaration of their desire to get married one month before the registration.
