Article 211. Execution of court decisions upon annulment of adoption

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

On the basis of the court's decision to cancel the adoption, the civil registry office shall cancel all adoption records and restore the original birth records of the child.
