Article 202. Stamped certificates

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Stamped state certificates shall be issued on the basis of records of acts of civil status, which shall represent strict accounting documents, have a certain series, serial number, shall be verified by the seal of the civil registry office and the signature of the official.

When issuing a stamped certificate, the civil registry authorities shall collect a state duty in the manner and amount established by law, and a stamp duty in the manner and amount established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Forgery of state stamped certificates shall be punishable by law.
