Article 175. Legal regulation of relations in the area of guardianship and trusteeship

Legal relations arising in connection with the establishment and termination of guardianship and trusteeship, the exercise of the powers of state bodies in the area of guardianship and trusteeship, the exercise of the rights and performance of the duties of guardians and custodians, and the exercise and protection of the property rights of persons in respect of whom guardianship and trusteeship is established shall be regulated by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Guardianship and Trusteeship" and other legislative acts.
