The agreement on payment of alimony shall be concluded in writing and shall be subject to notarial certification.
Failure to comply with the form of the maintenance agreement established by law shall entail consequences provided for by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Notarized agreement on payment of alimony shall have the force of a writ of execution.
