Article 132. Modification or dissolution of agreement on payment of alimony

The agreement on payment of alimony may be modified or dissolved at any time by mutual consent of the parties. Modification or dissolution of agreement on payment of alimony shall be made in the same form as the conclusion of the agreement on payment of alimony.

Unilateral refusal to execute the agreement on payment of alimony or unilateral modification of its terms and conditions shall not be allowed.

In case of significant changes in the financial or family situation of the parties and when they fail to agree to modify or terminate the agreement on payment of alimony, the interested party shall be entitled to apply to court to modify or dissolve the agreement. In deciding whether to modify or dissolve the agreement on payment of alimony, the court shall be entitled to take into account any noteworthy interest of the parties.
