Article 130. Conclusion of an agreement on payment of alimony

Family code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 30.04.1998 · In force

Agreement on payment of alimony (amount, conditions, and procedure for payment of alimony) shall be concluded between the person obliged to pay alimony and its recipient. If the recipient of alimony is incapable, the agreement shall be concluded with his/her legal representative.
