Article 129. Amount of alimony recovered from relatives and other persons

The amount of alimony, recovered from relatives and other persons for the maintenance of minors, as well as incapable adult persons in need of assistance shall be determined by court in firm amount of money, paid monthly, based on financial and family situation of the person, from whom alimony is recovered, and that of the person receiving it.

In determining the amount of alimony, the persons obliged to pay alimony shall be taken into account, regardless of whether the claim is made to all of them or only to one or more of them.
