The right of a spouse to receive a maintenance from the other spouse shall be terminated if the conditions which served as a basis for receiving the maintenance in line with Articles 117 and 118 of present Code, as well as in case of entry of a needy incapable divorced spouse into a new marriage. In these cases, if the means for maintenance were collected by court order, the spouse obliged to pay them shall be entitled to apply to the court with the claim to exempt him/her from further payment of alimony.
