Article 372. Execution of the decision of a foreign court or foreign arbitration court (tribunal)

Execution of the decision of a foreign court or foreign arbitration court (tribunal) shall be performed on the basis of an writ of execution issued by a court that rendered the ruling on recognition and enforcement of a decision of a foreign court or a foreign arbitration court (tribunal) in line with the procedure stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
