Article 371. Court ruling on the case for recognition and enforcement of a decision of foreign court and foreign arbitration court (tribunal)

Based on the results of consideration of the claim on recognition and enforcement of a decision of foreign court and foreign arbitration court (tribunal), the court shall render a ruling according to the rules established by Chapter 24 of this Code.

The court ruling on the case for recognition and enforcement of a decision of foreign court and foreign arbitration court (tribunal) shall also contain the following:

Title and location of the foreign court or foreign arbitration court (tribunal);

Surname, name, patronymic (title) of the recoverer and the debtor;

Information on the decision of the foreign court or foreign arbitration court (tribunal) on recognition and enforcement of which the recoverer has applied;

Reference to recognition and enforcement of the decision or denial of its recognition and enforcement.

The court ruling on the case for recognition and enforcement of a decision of foreign court and foreign arbitration court (tribunal) may be appealed (protested) against in line with the procedure and within the time limits stipulated by this Code.
