Article 364. Recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts and foreign arbitration courts (tribunals)

Decisions of foreign courts and foreign arbitration courts (tribunals) shall be recognized and enforced if it is stipulated by international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Civil courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan may recognize and enforce decisions rendered in civil cases by foreign courts, criminal sentences in part of compensation for damages caused by a crime, as well as decisions rendered in civil disputes by foreign arbitration courts (tribunals).

The decision of foreign courts or foreign arbitration courts (tribunals) may be presented for enforcement within three years from the moment of entry of the decision into legal force, unless otherwise stipulated by an international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
