Article 365. The claim on recognition and enforcement of a decision of foreign court and foreign arbitration court (tribunal)

The claim on recognition and enforcement of a decision of foreign court and foreign arbitration court (tribunal) shall be filed by the party to the dispute in favor of which the decision was rendered (hereinafter – the recoverer) with the court at the place of residence or location of the debtor or, if the debtor's residence or location are unknown, at the location of his/her property.
