Article 2709. Specific features of court proceedings in cases concerning the return of state-owned land plots unlawfully occupied and the demolition of unauthorized constructions

Cases concerning the return of state-owned land plots unlawfully occupied and the demolition of unauthorized constructions shall be considered in accordance with the rules provided for in this Code, taking into account the specific features established in this chapter.

The case must be considered within no more than twenty days from the date the judge issues a ruling to accept the statement of claim for proceedings and to initiate the case.

The conclusion of a settlement agreement or a mediation agreement in a case concerning the return of state-owned land plots unlawfully occupied and the demolition of unauthorized constructions is not permitted.
