Article 2708. Documents to be attached to the statement of claim

In addition to the documents specified in Article 191 of this Code, the following shall be attached to the statement of claim on the return of a state-owned land plot unlawfully occupied and the demolition of unauthorized constructions:

1) a report drawn up by the authorized state body in charge of identifying unauthorized constructions and organizing their removal (demolition), confirming that legal requirements have been violated;

2) a warning issued by the authorized state body in the field of identifying unauthorized constructions and organizing their removal (demolition), demanding voluntary elimination of the legal violations;

3) information on the registration of rights to immovable property in the state register;

4) a document confirming the commission of the offense.
