Article 2707. Content of the statement of claim

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

The statement of claim on the return of a state-owned land plot unlawfully occupied and the demolition of unauthorized constructions must comply with the requirements provided for in Article 189 of this Code.

A statement of claim that violates the requirements set forth in Articles 189 and 2708 of this Code shall be returned to the claimant in accordance with the provisions of Article 195 of this Code.
