Article 258. Decision on awarding property or its value

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

When awarding property in kind, the court shall indicate in the decision the name of the property to be transferred to the plaintiff, its location and the value of the property to be recovered from the defendant if the awarded property is not available in the process of execution of the decision.
