Article 257. Decision on recovery of money

In the decision on the recovery of money, the court shall specify the period of recovery, the total amount of money to be recovered, with separate determination of the amount of principal debt, losses, penalties, and interest.

When recovering money from organizations, the decision shall specify the nature of the recovered funds, as well as the account of the defendant in the bank from which the amount awarded shall be written off.

In the event of full or partial meeting of the initial claim and counterclaims, the court shall indicate in the decision the amount to be recovered as a result of set-off.
