Article 256. Decision in respect of several plaintiffs or several defendants

When meeting the claims of several plaintiffs, the court shall specify in the operative part of the decision the part in which it shall apply to each of them.

In the event of meeting the claims against several defendants, the court shall indicate in the operative part of the decision the imposition of shared or joint and several liabilities on the defendants.
