Article 255. Determining the procedure and time limits for execution of the decision, enforcement of the decision

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

In cases when the court establishes a certain procedure and time limit for execution of the decision or turns the decision to immediate execution or takes execution enforcement measures, these shall be indicated in the decision.
