Article 78. Liability for Violation of the Legislation on the International Digital Technologies Center

Violation of the legislation on the International Digital Technologies Center shall entail liability in accordance with this Constitutional Law and the resolutions of the Center.

In the testing or pilot testing of new products and solutions within the framework of the special legal regime, the causing of harm to the life and/or health of a person shall not be permitted.

The procedure for the application of the measures of liability provided for by the resolutions of the Center shall be determined by resolutions of the Governing Council in accordance with this Constitutional Law.

The grounds, conditions and procedure for the application of the measures of liability provided for by this Constitutional Law shall be determined by resolutions of the Governing Council.

In the cases provided for by Articles 6 and 7 of this Constitutional Law, measures of liability shall be applied by the Administration of the Center.

In other cases, measures of liability with respect to financial and banking organisations shall be applied by the Administration of the Center jointly with the authorised state body in the relevant field, within the scope of their respective powers, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Measures of liability shall be applied by the Administration of the Center, unless otherwise provided for by this Constitutional Law.

The measures of liability provided for by this Chapter shall be applied only for the violation of the resolutions of the Governing Council and the requirements of the special legal regime, as well as in the cases provided for by Articles 6 and 7 of this Constitutional Law.
