Article 70. Consideration of Complaints Concerning Services Rendered within the Territory of the Center

Complaints (disputes) connected with the provision of public services by state bodies shall be considered by the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the manner established by the acts of legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative court proceedings.

Complaints (disputes) connected with the services rendered by the bodies of the Center, ancillary services, as well as other services governed by the resolutions of the Center, shall be considered, within the limits of its jurisdiction, by the Tashkent International Commercial Court, the activity of which is governed by a Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
