Article 52. Special Procedure for Customs Affairs

Within the territory of the Center, a special procedure for customs affairs applies, which is governed by this Constitutional Law and the resolutions of the Center and which provides for simplified customs procedures for the movement of goods across the customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The resolutions of the Center establishing the special procedure for customs affairs shall be developed on the basis of the joint proposals of the Administration of the Center and the Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The interaction of the bodies of the Center with the Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be carried out by means of inter-agency electronic interaction and the exchange of information.
