In the event of a violation by the subjects of the Center of the conditions of the special tax regime, the specialised tax inspectorate of the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan operating within the territory of the Center shall, jointly with the Administration of the Center, carry out the monitoring of such offences and shall be entitled to apply to the offenders the measures of liability provided for by Chapter 16 of this Constitutional Law.
