Article 43. Subsequent Legal Regime Based on the Results of the “Regulatory Sandbox”

With respect to projects that have received a positive assessment based on the results of testing within the framework of the “Regulatory Sandbox”, the following measures shall be carried out:

the implementation of the project within the territory of the Center under the special legal regime, on the basis of a resolution of the Governing Council, and/or the continuation of the project on the basis of established restrictions and conditions, and/or the phased expansion of its scale;

the submission to the authorised bodies of proposals for the implementation of the project throughout the entire territory, or within individual territories, of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with due regard to the results of testing within the framework of the “Regulatory Sandbox”.
