Article 42. Completion of Testing within the Framework of the “Regulatory Sandbox”

Following the completion of testing within the framework of the “Regulatory Sandbox”, the participants shall be obliged to submit to the Administration of the Center a final report, in the manner and within the time limits established by the resolutions of the Center.

The final report on the testing must include:

an analysis of the effectiveness and safety of the innovative technologies, products and services tested;

the results of the assessment of the risks identified, a description of the measures taken, and proposals for the further mitigation of risks.

Participants that have failed to fulfil the requirements for the testing shall be obliged to suspend the use of the innovative technologies, products and services within the territory of the Center, in the manner established by the resolutions of the Center.

The procedure for the consideration and assessment of the final report, including the criteria for taking a resolution on the further use of the results of the testing, shall be determined by the resolutions of the Governing Council.
