Article 3. Main Concepts

The following main concepts are used in this Constitutional Law:

participants of the Center — the residents and investors of the Center;

subjects of the Center — the bodies of the Center, its participants and their employees, as well as accredited partners;

special legal regime — the aggregate of legal norms established by the special legislation, which define the special conditions for the regulation of social relations and which apply to the subjects of the Center within the territory of the Center;

Regulatory Sandbox — an experimental legal environment created for the creation, testing and implementation of innovative technologies, products and services within the territory of the Center.
