Article 151. Tax for the use of water resources

Relations related to the establishment, introduction, and cancellation of the tax for the use of water resources, its calculation and payment, as well as relations related to the fulfillment of tax obligations, are regulated by the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The distribution of revenues from the tax for the use of water resources between the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the budgets of user organizations (water supply organizations) is determined by the Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the next year, which is adopted annually.
