Article 7. The terms for the recognition of same importance of electronic digital signature and hand-made signature

On electronic digital signature (562-II-son) · Date: 11.12.2003 · In force

The electronic digital signature in electronic document, if the following terms are met, has a same importance with hand-made signature at the same time, if:

authenticity of electronic digital signature has been confirmed;

the certificate of electronic digital signature key is valid when the authenticity of electronic digital signature has been confirmed or when electronic document has been signed under the presence of evidence identifying of signing moment;

digital signature is used for the purposes specified in the certificate of electronic digital signature key.
