Article 31. Publication of Decision of Jokargy Kenes of The Republic of Karakalpakstan, Local Kengash On Demolition of Immovable Property Located On Withdrawn Land Plot

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

The decision of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the local Kengash on the demolition of an immovable property located on a withdrawn land plot, within one working day from the date of its adoption, shall be sent to:

relevant territorial department of the Chamber of State Cadastres to make an appropriate entry on the termination of rights to objects of immovable property in the State Register of rights to object of immovable property;

relevant state tax office of the district (city) for the recalculation of the relevant taxes and fees.

The decision of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the local Kengash on the demolition of an immovable property located on a withdrawn land plot must be published on the official website of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the khokimiyat of the relevant region, Tashkent city or district (city), in other media, as well as the official pages of these state bodies in social networks.

The decision of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the local Kengash on the demolition of an immovable property shall be the basis for the termination of property and other item rights in relation to the immovable property subject to demolition.
