Article 27. Regular Monitoring of Timely Provision of Compensation In Full

The Compensation Commissions through a special information system integrated into the “Integrated Information System of Cadastre and Registration” shall carry out regular monitoring of the timely provision of compensation in full and maintenance of records of the compensation provided.

The secretaries of the Compensation Commissions shall be opened a personal account in a special information system integrated into the “Integrated Information System of Cadastre and Registration” to carry out regular monitoring of the timely provision of compensation in full.

Monitoring shall be carried out on the basis of the fact of entering documents confirming the provision of compensations provided for by the agreement into a special information system integrated into “Integrated Information System of Cadastre and Registration” within six months from the date of notarization of the agreement and its entry into this system.

In the event of identification of a case of non-provision of compensation in a timely manner and in full, the Compensation Commission shall review at its meeting the results of monitoring, adopt a decision of a recommendatory nature to prevent a dispute on compensation and send it to the initiator who allowed untimely and incomplete provision of compensation.

Decisions of the Compensation Commission shall be adopted unanimously with the participation in its meetings of at least two thirds of the members of the commission with the right to vote.

Meetings of the Compensation Commission shall be held openly with the participation of representatives of the initiators and right holders (their representatives), as well as the public.

The Compensation Commission shall submit information on the detection of a case of non-provision of compensation in a timely manner and in full to the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local Kengashes.
