Article 19. Publication of Decision to Hold Open Discussion

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

The decision to hold an open discussion shall be sent to the initiator and to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of the relevant region, Tashkent city or district (city) within one working day after its adoption.

The decision to hold an open discussion must be published in full on the next working day after its receipt on the official website of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of the relevant region, Tashkent city or district (city) and in other mass media, as well as on official pages of these state bodies in social networks.
