Article 212. Grounds for Refusal to Approve Debt Restructuring Plan for Natural Person

The court shall adopt decision to refuse to approve the plan for restructuring the debt of a natural person in cases where:

natural person's debt restructuring plan does not meet the requirements of Article 208 of this Law;

natural person's debt restructuring plan does not establish a procedure for notifying creditors and the relevant authorized body of significant changes that have occurred in their property status;

natural person's debt restructuring plan is not approved by the meeting of creditors in accordance with the requirements of this Law, except for the cases provided for in paragraph five of Article 211 of this Law;

there is inaccurate information in the plan for restructuring the debt of a natural person and the documents attached to it;

terms of the plan for restructuring the debt of a natural person are contrary to this Law and other normative legal acts.
