Article 210. Documents to be Attached To Debt Restructuring Plan of Natural Person

On insolvency (LRU-763-son) · Date: 12.04.2022 · In force

The following shall be attached to the debt restructuring plan of a natural person:

list of property and property rights of a natural person;

information about the sources of income of a natural person for the six months preceding the submission to the court of a plan for restructuring their debt;

information on accounts payable, including payments on current obligations;

a credit report received from an organization that maintains a registry of collateral, and information about the credit history of a natural person;

application of a natural person, if they have objections to the submission by the creditor or the relevant authorized body of the debt restructuring plan.

Copies of documents (upon availability) confirming their property and property rights shall also attached to the plan for restructuring the debt of a natural person.
