Article 188. Restrictions on Making Transactions By Professional Participant In Securities Market

Restrictions on making transactions by a professional participant in the securities market when insolvency proceedings are applied to them shall not apply to transactions with securities of their clients made on behalf of investors in the securities market, confirmed by investors after initiation of an insolvency case.
