Article 187. Requirements for Judicial Managers in Cases of Insolvency of Professional Participants in Securities Market

The judicial manager for the case of the insolvency of a professional participant in the securities market must be certified to act as a judicial manager, and also have a qualification certificate of a securities market specialist issued by the authorized state body for regulating the securities market.
