Article 158. Report of Liquidation Manager On Results of Liquidation Proceedings

On insolvency (LRU-763-son) · Date: 12.04.2022 · In force

After completion of settlements with creditors, the liquidation manager shall be obliged to submit to the court a report on the results of the liquidation proceedings.

The following shall be attached to the report on the results of the liquidation proceedings:

documents confirming the sale of the debtor's property;

documents confirming the repayment of creditors' claims;

information about the property of the debtor, provided for in Article 159 of this Law.
