Article 15. Professional Legal Assistance in Administration of Justice

The right to receive qualified legal assistance shall be guaranteed to everyone in the administration of justice. The suspect, the accused, and the defendant shall be ensured the right to defense and all opportunities to defend themselves at any stage of legal proceedings.

In cases prescribed by law, the provision of qualified legal assistance at the expense of the state shall be ensured.
