Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens, and stateless persons shall have the right to judicial protection against unlawful decisions, acts and omissions of state bodies and other organizations, and their officials, including restriction of their rights in connection with the conviction of their relatives and legal consequences arising therefrom, as well as against encroachments on their life and health, honor and dignity, personal liberty and property, and other rights and freedoms. Legal entities shall also have the right to judicial protection.
