Article 21. Participation in Activities of Non-Governmental Non-Commercial Organizations

Foreign citizens and stateless persons on par with citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan may be founders, participants (members) of a non-governmental non-commercial organization, except for the cases established by the laws and international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
