Article 2. Legislation on Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan

On legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan (LRU-692-son) · Date: 04.06.2021 · In force

The legislation on the legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan shall consist of this Law and other legislative acts.

If an international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan stipulates other rules than those provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the rules of the international treaty shall prevail.
