Foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall have the right to a pension on par with citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation and international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The procedure for ensuring social security of foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan who do not have the length of work necessary for the appointment of a pension shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
