Article 705. Procedure for Submitting Proposals by Participants of Two-Stage Public Procurements

On public procurement (ZRU-684-son) · Date: 22.04.2021 · In force

In the first stage, the participants of the two-stage public procurements shall submit their preliminary technical proposals reflecting the minimum technical characteristics of the procured goods (works, services).

The technical requirements must be determined based on the needs of the state customer and the intended purpose and functions of the procured goods (works, services).

The proposals submitted by the participants of the two-stage public procurements must comply with the procurement documents of the two-stage public procurements and the requirements established by this Law.

The procedure for submitting proposals by the participants of the two-stage public procurements when conducting two-stage public procurements in electronic form shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
