Article 704. Announcement on Conducting Two-Stage Public Procurements

Information on two-stage public procurements shall be communicated by the state customer to an unlimited number of persons by posting the announcement on the conduct of procurements and the procurement documents for the procurement in the electronic public procurement system via the special information portal, as well as, at the discretion of the state customer, on its official website or the official website of its superior body, and in the mass media.

The announcement on the conduct of two-stage public procurements shall be posted only after obtaining a positive conclusion from the Center for Comprehensive Expertise regarding the procurement documents.

The announcement on the conduct of two-stage public procurements and the procurement documents shall be posted by the state customer on the electronic public procurement system via the special information portal, as well as, at the discretion of the state customer, on its official website or the official website of its superior body, and in the mass media, at least twenty working days prior to the deadline for accepting proposals for each stage.
