Article 26. Legal Expertize of a Draft Normative Legal Act

On normative legal acts (LRU-682-son) · Date: 20.04.2021 · In force

In the course of a legal expertise, the compliance of the draft normative legal act with the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other normative legal acts that have a higher legal force, with the requirements of legal and technical design shall be checked, as well as the validity and expediency of the application of reference norms in the draft normative legal act.

Legal expertize of draft normative legal acts shall be carried out by the legal service of the developer or the body that has the right to adopt a normative legal act, as well as by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its territorial divisions and other organizations in accordance with the legislation.
