A private enterprise independently establishes the forms, system and amount of remuneration and compensation for its employees in accordance with the law.
The remuneration of persons working in a private enterprise under an labor agreement (contract) is established by agreement of the parties, but not lower than the amount established by law for the first category of the Unified tariff schedule for Remuneration.
