Article 22. Particular aspects of collection of the state duty by other state bodies and organizations

For the registration of acts of civil status, the state fee shall be paid upon registration of acts, and the payment of fees for repeated certificates shall be made upon their issue.

The state fee for issuing an identification ID card of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a biometric passport for traveling abroad of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a travel document of a stateless person, as well as for issuing an identification ID card to foreign citizens or stateless persons, for registration at the place of permanent residence and temporary stay, is paid before receiving the relevant documents, and from applications on citizenship issues — before submitting such applications.

For issuing documents for the right to enter from abroad and travel abroad, for issuing an ID card of a foreign citizen or a stateless person, for considering applications for admission, restoration and renunciation of citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applications for recognition as a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as documents for the right to travel abroad to citizens sent enterprises, institutions and organizations abroad on official business trips, the state fee is paid by these enterprises, institutions and organizations in accordance with the established procedure.

When spouses and children travel together with employees seconded for a mission abroad for the entire duration of their term, the state duty shall be levied in the same manner and amount as from the seconded persons themselves. In the case of a usual trip of family members to visit such seconded persons abroad, the state duty shall be collected on a general basis.

For the issuance of visas to foreign citizens to leave the Republic of Uzbekistan, a state duty shall be charged from each person who has reached the age of sixteen, regardless of whether a separate visa shall be issued for each person or a general visa for several persons.

For the issuance of hunting permits to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the state fee is paid when issuing the document.
