Article 21. Peculiarities of collection of consular fees

The consular fee shall be paid prior to consular actions. Consular fees shall be credited to the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Upon payment consular fees shall not be refunded.

The procedure for calculating, collecting and crediting to the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan amounts of consular fees, as well as fees paid abroad to be transferred to the special bank accounts of the diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan, shall be established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in agreement with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The amount of consular fees shall be established by the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
